If you have problems opening MP3 Files:
You must have an MP3 player installed on your computer to open these files. These files include audio sermons. Windows Media Player is the recommended player. If you do not have this player you may download it free from Microsoft by clicking here. Please follow the directions on the Windows Media Player download page for downloading and installing this. NOTE: Most Windows computers come with Windows Media Player pre-installed. To check and see if you have Windows Media Player:
- Windows Users: Click on "Start" and look in the "Programs / All Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment" menu. If Windows Media Player is not listed, click on "Start" and "Find / Search", and search for "Windows Media".
- Mac Users: Look in the "System Preferences -> Internet & Network" folder. If Windows Media Player is not listed, open the "Finder", go to the "File" menu, click on "Find", and search for "Windows Media".
If you have never used Windows Media player before on your computer you may need to register it before it will load properly when clicking on MP3 links on this website. Starting Windows Media Player will ensure that your software is already registered. If not, once you start Windows Media Player it will request you to do so and will walk you through the process.
Most computers have more than one MP3 player installed. Your "default" MP3 player will be the player that will start each time you click on a MP3 link. To set Windows Media Player as your default MP3 player (recommended if you are experiencing problems) follow these steps:
- Start Windows Media Player: Windows Users: ("Programs / All Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment"). If Windows Media Player is not listed, click on "Start" and "Find / Search", and search for "Windows Media". Mac Users: Look in the "System Preferences -> Internet & Network" folder. If Windows Media Player is not listed, open the "Finder", go to the "File" menu, click on "Find", and search for "Windows Media".
- Click on the Tools menu on the Windows Media Player menubar and then click on Options. In the Options window click on the File Types tab. Check MP3 Audio File (mp3). This will set Windows Media Player as your default MP3 player.
- For Windows XP you may also need to set your default player in "Set Program Access and Defaults". Click on the Windows Start button in the lower left corner of your screen. Click on "Set Program Access and Defaults" (if you do not see "See Program Access and Defaults" there go to "Add/Remove Programs" then click "Set Program Access and Defaults" in the left side column). Under Choose a Configuration, click on "Custom" and then click on the down arrows button to the right of the word "Custom". Under "Choose a Default Media Player", select Windows Media Player and then click the OK button.
- One other option for Windows computers is to associate MP3 file type with Windows Media Player through Folder Options. From any file window, or the Control Panel, click "Tools" at the top. Select "Folder Options" then click the "File Types" tab. Scroll down the list until you come to file type MP3. Click the "Change" tab then select Windows Media Player.
- After setting Windows Media Player as your default MP3 player you may also need to close your web browser and open this website again for the changes to take effect.

You must have an WMV player installed on your computer to open these files. These files include event recordings. Windows Media Player is the recommended player.
