Small Groups

There are a variety of small group experiences at Hinshaw.  From Sunday School classes, women's circles, men's club, youth group to the various music groups.  We believe that group fellowship is vital in the Christian walk.  Although worship is very important, we encourage everyone to participate in some group outside of the worship experience.  This is where we really get to know one another.  This is where we get to share with one another our faith journey and learn from others about their faith journey.  Friendships are kindled and faith and support are provided in the close companionship of a small group.

On this site you will find various groups listed.  You are encouraged to participate in any that are of interest to you.  If you are interested in starting a new small group, such as a Bible study or home group contact Pastor Donna or Jim (299-6330).  Also be on the lookout for short-term studies.  Periodically we have studies which last anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks.  These studies can be a great way of getting involved and discovering new friends.

Aldersgate Bible Study
You are invited to a great, weekly Bible Study held at Aldersgate Apartments Community Center on Thursday nights at 6:15 PM. Aldersgate is located at 2608 Merritt Drive, Greensboro. This popular study is led by our pastor Rev. Donna Smith.
